Anyway, I thought $1k sounded steep for this watch. If you search for "SWISS LEGEND Men's Maverick Chronograph Black" using the "compare our price" search engine, the competition turns up watches in the $150 - $300 range. Agreed, the mineral crystal wouldn't be found in a $1k watch. Not trying to start another argument re: prices (which was very entertaining on the board private offer board, btw) but the "retail price" here seems to be quite inaccurate.
